The villa originally was a typical farm that dates back ton the XIX century, and the lower floor was used as a stable for the animals. Villa San Giovanni has been wisely renovated by the owners of the farm, who kept the authentic look and maintained the typical Tuscan materials. The property is located inside of a beautiful garden, that is divided into many different levels. In fact, it has got the typical land terrace that characterized the nearby area. Once, that land was used for cultivation, in fact also nowadays we can find the olive fields all around the villa, and near the villa there is a laboratory for the soap making and beauty product with natural elements, as lemon, oil, lavender, aloe and other medical plants. In the amazing garden, there is also the charming swimming pool, made with salt water, perfectly sun exposed and fully equipped with pool beds, sun umbrellas and an external shower, perfect to relax and refresh yourself during the hottest summer days. Near the pool there is also a dining area, made by a covered pergola complete with outdoor furniture, a dining room with table and sits, and a Weber barbecue, where you can cook and taste your al fresco meals in company of your family and friends.
